At Noyz Music, we strive to provide quality products, both in our digital downloads and in the physical products we sell through our print-on-demand service. However, we understand that issues may arise, which is why we have established the following return policy:

1. Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, music downloads are non-refundable once completed. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the European Consumer Rights Directive, which states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download has begun.

Issues with Downloads:
If you experience any technical issues with downloading a song or receive an incorrect link, please contact us at [email protected], providing proof of purchase and details of the issue. It is crucial to provide a valid email address at the time of purchase, as download links will be sent to that address. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect email address entry. However, we will do our best to resolve the issue if it is properly reported to us.

2. Physical Products (Print on Demand)

Our physical products, such as clothing and accessories, are manufactured and shipped through a print-on-demand service. Because these products are customized for each order, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Errors in Size Selection: It is essential to review the size guide and specifications for each product before placing your order.
  • Change of Mind or Preferences: Returns are not accepted if you change your mind about the product once the order has been processed.
  • Modifications to the order after It has been processed Once the order has been confirmed and sent to the print provider, we cannot modify or cancel it.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Products:
We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Defective Product: If the product you receive has any manufacturing defects.
  • Damaged Product: If the product arrives in poor condition due to shipping or any failure in the production process.

In these cases, we ask that you follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the product, describing the issue and attaching clear photos of the damage or defect.
  2. Verification of the Issue: Once we receive your request and the evidence, we will verify the issue and provide you with instructions for proceeding with the return or replacement.
  3. Refund or Replacement: Depending on the case, you will have the option of a full refund or a replacement of the product at no additional cost. If we opt for a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase, and it may take between 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

3. Return Process:

Requirements to request a return:

  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or confirmation email).
  • Send clear photos of the damage or defect of the product, in the case of physical products.

Instructions for Return:
Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective or damaged product, including a return address and, in some cases, a prepaid shipping label. Returns that have not been previously approved by our team will not be accepted.

4. Exclusions and Limitations:

  • Sale Products: Products purchased on sale or at a discount may not be eligible for refunds, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
  • Shipping Costs: We do not refund shipping costs unless the product was sent defective or damaged.
  • Misuse or abuse: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or alterations unrelated to the production or shipping process.

5. Processing times.

Processing a return may take up to 7 business days from the time we receive the returned product or evidence of the defect. In the case of a refund, processing time may vary depending on the payment method and the banking institution.
